Dr. Thomas Lyles is a board certified gastroenterologist. After completing his fellowship at UT-Southwestern, he joined Digestive Health Associates of Texas (DHAT) in 2013.

He understands that some GI symptoms can be uncomfortable and embarrassing to discuss. Because he values the patient-physician relationship, he and his team use the utmost discretion and professionalism while focusing on delivering compassionate care and service. To focus on you, the patient, he does not use a computer while in the exam room.

As a gastroenterologist, Dr. Lyles sees patients for all digestive health conditions such as reflux, constipation, diarrhea, abdominal pain, irritable bowel syndrome and inflammatory bowel disease, to name a few. Preventative health, such as colon cancer screening, is also an important part of his practice.
